You can purchase your 2018 Dogs of Inspirada Calendar for $20 + tax beginning December 9th at Jolly Mart and Jolly Beans – they make great stocking stuffers! Remember: all proceeds from the sales will benefit the City of Henderson Animal Care and Control Facility.

Does your pet have what it takes to be a calendar model?

There’s no denying that pets are a core part of the Inspirada community. While many of us are happy to celebrate our pups no matter the occasion, National Dog Day (Aug. 26) is the perfect chance to show off your furrier family members! We’re taking advantage of this doggie day by kicking off what’s bound to be the most fetching celebration of Inspirada pets yet: the Dogs of Inspirada Photo Contest.

This is your oppawtunity to show us how cute your pet really is! Submit a photo of your pet to be entered into the Dogs of Inspirada Photo Contest, and your pet could be featured in the 2018 Dogs of Inspirada Calendar. All proceeds from this calendar will benefit our local Henderson Animal Shelter.

Enter Your Pet: August 26^th through September 30^th

Do you think your pup has what it takes? Submit a photo of your pet here until September 30^th.  Only Inspirada residents are able to enter the contest.

Dog Days at the fresh52 Farmers’ Market: September 23^rd

If you don’t have a photo of your pet, stop by the Dog Days at Inspirada Farmers’ Market on September 23rd. There will be a professional pet photographer on-site to make sure that your pet is able to put their best paw forward! Photos at the event are complimentary and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vote: October 2^nd through October 13^th

Voting for the top Inspirada pets to be featured in the community calendar opens on October 2^nd! You can vote for your favorite pets on our Inspirada Facebook page (@InspiradaNV). Each “like” on an individual pet’s photo counts as one vote, so share your pet’s photo with your family, friends, neighbors, and other puppy lovers and ask for their “likes” so your pet can make the final cut and be featured in the community calendar. Voting closes on October 13^th!

Winners Announced: October 16^th

Winners of the Dogs of Inspirada Photo Contest will be announced on October 16^th and will receive a professional pet photo shoot at Inspirada. Winners will be notified via email or social media by October 16^th and have 48 hours to claim their prize. You must be available sometime between October 18^th and October 28^th for your pet’s photo shoot. These professional photos may make it into the final calendar or we may choose to use one you’ve submitted. The calendars will be available for sale beginning December 9^th.
