The overwhelming sentiment at the Jan. 11, 2014, groundbreaking for Inspirada’s new Capriola and Potenza Parks was irrepressible excitement. The hunt was on at the April Egg-venture celebration at Inspirada! More than 1,000 residents attended as kids searched for 3,000 candy-filled eggs, hula-hooped, watched the girls beat the boys in the potato sack races and chatted with the Big Bunny among the outdoor beauty of Solista Park.
KB Home unveils 14 new home designs, summer 2014
In June, KB Home offered three new neighborhoods and 14 new home designs, including one- and two-story models. Homebuyers welcomed summer with a great selection of floor plans and options for active lifestyles at Inspirada.
More than 1,200 Got First Dibs
On Aug. 2, at 9 a.m. sharp, visitors began arriving to Inspirada’s new home model debut, and the excitement never ebbed. Inspirada’s 16 new home models and six new neighborhoods were the stars of First Dibs!, which welcomed more than 1,200 homebuyers, home browsers and their friends and family. In addition to enjoying great food and informative presentations, guests admired the beautiful interior décor, modern floor plans, indoor/outdoor spaces and unique features for multi-generational living offered by KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers.
Heart & Home Guests Enjoyed a Special Seat at the Table
Seated outdoors under the setting sun, more than 120 special guests enjoyed a meal of casual elegance at Inspirada’s Heart & Home event on Oct. 3. A kick-off to Super Saturday@Inspirada on Oct. 4, the event welcomed city officials, Inspirada builders, community residents and invited guests to enjoy the music of Phat Strad, a rockin’ string quartet; dine al fresco; and support HomeAid of Southern Nevada through a special Inspirada-inspired Project Playhouse Pet Edition raffle.
Super Saturday@Inspirada Introduces Two New Parks, 18 New Home Models & So Much More
At Super Saturday@Inspirada, more than 3,000 visitors toured, raced, climbed, browsed, and played their way through two new parks and 18 new home models. At Potenza Park, legendary skateboarders Jeremy and Jonas Wray wowed their fans, while kids cooled off on Capriola Park’s splash pads. Throughout Inspirada, crowds played on new basketball courts, soccer fields and interactive playgrounds. More than a few furry friends romped in Inspirada’s new dog parks. A raffle for pet home from Project Playhouse Pet Edition added another animal-friendly touch to the day. Inspirada’s builders and their construction teams created seven custom pet homes, which were part of a raffle that benefited HomeAid of Southern Nevada. In the 18 new models, home-browsers got an up close look at fresh, new floor plans with something for everyone. Food trucks, music and free sports demonstrations made the day more than Super. It was amazing!
Fright Night Welcomes 1,000+ to Inspirada’s Haunted Haze
At Inspirada’s Fright Night, Solista Park and Pavilion were transformed into a spooky, crazy and funny playground that welcomed more than 1,000 residents. Adults and children donned their best costumes and walked among the Haunted Haze pumpkin patch, created by the Inspirada Community Home Association team to inspire laughs and gasps. While a DJ filled the air with music, residents learned how to melt witches’ heads during a special Mad Science workshop. Everyone enjoyed pizza, cotton candy, popcorn and loads of candy, all donated by local companies.
Beazer Homes Readies for 2015 Debut
Beazer Homes at Inspirada is planning for its much-anticipated introduction in 2015 with two new home series. The Reliance homes will feature two- and three-story floor plans with outdoor decks, while the Park Series offers single-story models with the ‘pop-up’ options of more living space in the attic. A ball toss away from Aventura Park, scheduled to open in late Spring 2015, Beazer Homes’ community will be close to Little League fields, a heated resident pool, volleyball courts and more. A new year means new homes at Inspirada!
