It’s happening! The trees are being planted, the turf is growing, the splash pad is in, and the fields are nearly ready for play. Join us May 30 from 9 am to 3 pm for our Aventura Park grand opening celebration, and be the first to explore 20+ acres of active park!
With the addition of Aventura Park, there has never been a better time to call Inspirada home. Our four builders— Beazer Homes, KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers— will feature 23 new models to tour, so be sure to follow the signs and explore our growing community and all the beautiful home designs that range in price, square footage and architectural styles.
This is an all-ages event and we encourage you to bring your family, friends and pets to explore the one-acre dog park, two Little League fields, three multi-use play fields, and basketball, volleyball and tennis courts. Test out the courts with some of your favorite local athletes. Learn a few basketball tips from members of Liberty High School and UNLV athletics. Meet UNLV coach Tony Sanchez and get some onsite tennis coaching with a resident Inspiradan tennis pro.
Aventura Park is Inspirada’s fourth park and at over 20-acres, it is the largest to date. That’s over 15 football fields combined! Take your time to explore Aventura along with Capriola, Potenza, and Solista Parks. They are all part of an integrated park system that is connected through miles of trails and open spaces.
Events will kick off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Henderson City Officials, including Mayor Andy Hafen and Councilwoman Debra March. Music will be provided by Henderson Symphony Orchestra and the Myron Heaton Choral at the Grand Opening Ceremony and later Woodie and the Longboards, a Beach Boys tribute band, will perform at Aventura Park all day.
There will be food trucks around the model centers with BBQ, sandwiches, funnel cakes, shaved ice, and more! Dance with the Las Vegas Square and Round Dancers, participate in the sports exhibitions, and and check out the demonstrations by the Henderson Police Department K-9 Division. Bring your appetite for the watermelon eating contest, and put your game face on for the water balloon races and other competitions.
There is a unique kid’s play area for climbing all over and splash pad as well! Aventura Park is open to the public, and features a heated pool for residents.
