Some exciting things happened in the Inspirada community last year and we have even more in store for the year ahead! But first, we’d like to thank our incredible residents, members of the community, and those who help make Inspirada the best place to call home; you are the people who make Inspirada a truly remarkable neighborhood.
Inspirada Shines
We’ve been enjoying the spotlight lately—and no, we don’t mean the city lights of the Las Vegas Strip.
We’ve been growing by leaps and bounds. In fact, our builders closed on 564 new Henderson homes in Inspirada last year, up by an astonishing 45% from 2015. As we continue to expand, we’re excited to welcome more neighbors and friends into the Inspirada family.
Not only was Inspirada ranked #7 for top-selling master planned communities in 2016 by RCLCO, but we were also listed as one of four hidden-gem neighborhoods in Las Vegas by OpenHouse Realty! Our incredible sense of community, countless amenities, beautiful homes, and gorgeous scenery are being recognized more and more as people decide to #LiveInspired.
Upcoming in 2017
The fresh52 Farmers’ & Artisan Market is making a comeback on March 11. Join us opening day and bring your four-legged friends, as it’s Dog Days at Inspirada. In addition to the usual farmers’ market fun for the whole family, this market will celebrate our furry friends with dog training classes, contests and pet adoptions. The fresh52 market is open to the public and will be held at the Solista Pavilion from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the second and fourth Saturday of each month through December.
In other exciting news, a road extension is in the works. The planned extension of Democracy Drive will continue to the west, connecting to Las Vegas Boulevard. This extension will open up convenient freeway access to residents on the south side of the community.
You can also look forward to the completion of a new Henderson fire station. This is the first new fire station to open in Henderson in 15 years and will be located right off Democracy Drive in our very own Inspirada. The 10,998 sq. ft. station (rendering shown below) is to be completed this fall and will feature three bays, a training facility, and accommodations for firefighters.
A new elementary school is also on the horizon. Scheduled to open in August of 2018, the school will be located on Beltrada Ave and Via Italia, giving residents even more education opportunities to choose from.
