Management is currently finalizing the schedule for the renovation and conversion of the Solista Community Center. Renovation plans include painting, flooring replacement and furniture replacement throughout all resident and office use spaces. Additionally, the existing Read & Relax Room will be converted into office space that will accommodate our management site team’s recent growth. It is anticipated that our Solista Community Center will be closed from Friday, April 27 through Monday, May 7 for construction. During this time, residents are welcome to visit our temporary office location around the corner at the Toll Brothers Clubhouse located at 3190 Mantua Village. Please understand that the team’s office functions will be limited during construction. As such, residents who require assistance with common area cards (pool cards) are strongly encouraged to visit the office before April 26.
