Description: Three days of music, community and culture commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in the United States.
Seating is first come for special performances. The Water Street Plaza Amphitheater is an enclosed outdoor venue designed to keep our guests cool during warmer months with shade structures and ceiling fans. Subject to change or cancellation with or without notice. Management reserves all rights.
