In May, Pardee Homes began construction on the new Alterra and Solano neighborhoods at Inspirada, which will offer homebuyers a wide selection of floor plans and elevations amid one of Henderson’s best locations, according to Klif Andrews, Pardee Homes’ Division President — Southern Nevada. At Inspirada, homebuyers will be most impressed with the integration of the homes with the existing and planned parks. Within walking distance from Solano will be Inspirada’s Aventura Park, which is planned to include a swimming pool, two ball fields, two multi-use fields, double tennis and basketball courts, four sand volleyball courts and a kids’ water play area.
The Solista, Capriola and Potenza Parks, all within nearby walking or biking distance of the neighborhoods, offer splash pads, dog parks, open playing fields, a teen skate pavilion and amenity-filled playgrounds, connected by pedestrian walkways and paths. Aventura Park will follow the opening of Capriola and Potenza Parks, scheduled to be play-ready by Fall 2014.
“This community is going to be ready to live in immediately,” Klif said. “The parks will be complete this year. These neighborhoods are already accessible. This is a ‘happening right now’ master plan.”
Pardee Homes is building Alterra at Inspirada, a gated neighborhood of large homes on generous home sites. Set to open this summer, Alterra features two-story homes that will include up to 4,006 square feet of living space with designs that feature great rooms, gourmet kitchens, covered patios and three- to-four-bay garages. Homes will have up to five bedrooms. Pardee will also offer its popular and practical GenSmart Suite option on all Alterra homes for the ultimate in multi-generational living.
