Gabi Boutique Donut and Pastry
America might run on Dunkin’, but you’ll be running to Gabi Boutique Donut and Pastry for an elevated take on the classic dessert. Gabi features some of the most unique donut creations and a whole lot more.
Gabi’s brioche donuts take the art of donut making to a whole new level with flavors like French Apple Pie and Crème Brulee. You can also enjoy a full menu of mochi donuts, which have a light and chewy texture and come in a delicious assortment of flavors. And don’t forget to try their signature Croffles. You heard that right. That’s a croissant waffle in unique flavors like maple bacon.
Breakfast Junkies Restaurant
Sure, everyone loves breakfast, but few restaurants take it as seriously as Breakfast Junkies in Henderson. Breakfast Junkies has plenty of breakfast classics like Biscuits and Gravy and Chicken and Waffles, with some unique twists like their Broke Da Mouth Grindz, featuring garlic fried rice and an 8oz burger patty smothered in brown gravy. That’s only a taste of what they have to offer, with a full menu of breakfast sandwiches, skillets and omelets to satisfy the need of any breakfast enthusiast.
Breakfast Junkies also features a hoppin’ brunch scene, where the mimosas flow like wine and the DJ always plays your favorite hits.
Distill Inspirada
For some fun nightlife entertainment, then Distill, Inspirada’s newest local bar, is ready to deliver. Distill features an eclectic menu of burgers, sandwiches and entrees like their BBQ Pork Belly Pretzel Burger, Potato Chip Fried Chicken and more. For early risers, they even serve up breakfast in the morning with popular favorites like chilaquiles, breakfast burritos, and pancakes among others.
But as their name suggests, slinging drinks is their specialty with delicious variations on classic cocktails like their Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita.
Via Nobila Road
Inspirada now has direct traffic to Las Vegas Boulevard by way of the new Via Nobila road. The 2.75-mile roadway marks the continual expansion of West Henderson’s new businesses and communities. In addition, the build also installed several NV Energy backbone feeders that will help power the West Henderson Hospital, a new police substation and other future developments. There are even more plans for an upcoming fire station, rec center, park, schools and more.
Toll Brothers Amiata Townhomes
Inspirada’s luxury townhome expansion continues to grow with the all-new Amiata community from Toll Brothers. Home buyers can choose between three separate designs that include spacious entry courtyards, covered patios, two-car garages and optional rooftop decks.
There’s plenty to do around the community as well, with plenty of retail, trails and parks within walking distance.
Tri Pointe Homes Vela Collection
Tri Pointe Homes’ new Vela Collection offers the perfect combination of style and modern design. Home Buyers can choose from homes with 3-5 bedrooms. All homes feature sleek, open-concept interiors and inviting exteriors. The community is also full of amenities to enjoy, like various sports fields, a dog park, skate parks and more.

Locations Coming Soon
Station Casinos Resort
The new Station Casino in Henderson is green-lit and ready to start building! The project will be located at Bicentennial Parkway and Via Inspirada, bringing plenty more entertainment for the whole community. The 80,000-square-foot casino will house 600 hotel rooms, four restaurants, a bowling alley and a movie theater.
The resort will also bring plenty of business and new jobs to Henderson, with over 2,400 potential jobs sourced within the city.
Montagna Park
There’s even more entertainment coming to Inspirada for those living an active lifestyle. The new Montagna Park, located on Via Altimire, will mark Inspirada’s sixth park and will feature 26 acres of activity to enjoy!
Enjoy lighted pickleball courses, spacious ramadas, water play structures, soccer fields, a dog park and plenty of parking.
The new park is expected to be completed this summer.
