Back-To-School Success Drive

HomeAid Southern Nevada is holding a Back to School Success Drive now through July 31st to help our homeless and disadvantaged high school students get the items they need to succeed! Their goal is to get 1,100 backpacks, however, other items such as College Ruled spiral-bound notebooks, black ink pens, highlighters, mechanical pencils, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, underwear, socks, crew and tank undershirts are also needed. If you would like to help, there is a donation box at the Solista Village Community Center office, located at 2000 Via Firenze. Stop by Monday-Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm. |
