Color Me Kind 5K Run

Help spread kindness with a splash of color. The Color Me Kind 5K will take place at Cornerstone Park on November 16. Participants will be doused with a different color of paint at each kilometer to create a kaleidoscope of fun. Everyone will receive their own color packets, which gives them a chance to sprinkle a little more kindness along the route.
All fitness levels are welcome. Souvenir T-shirts are guaranteed for the first 300 participants. Those interested in participating in this year’s Color Me Kind 5K Run may register online or in person at one of the city’s recreation centers using activity code 154180-58.
Run packets may be picked up between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on November 14 at Jimmy John’s, 106 N. Stephanie St., Suite 130, Henderson, or from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. the day of the event at the park.
Per-person registration costs are $25 now through October 17, $35 from October 18 to November 15, and $40 the day of the run (cash only).
The city is holding a same-day Cold Me Kind 1-Mile Walk. Register in person at one of the city’s recreation centers using activity code 154287-58. Visit cityofhenderson.com for more details.
