On the third Thursday of every month, the Ethel M. gourmet chocolate factory and cactus garden hosts Decadence in the Desert, a Henderson culinary event that features music, food trucks, local artists, and of course, locally ­made chocolate. A portion of the proceeds goes to Opportunity Village, a local non­profit that serves children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Admission is free and open to the public!
