Family Fun Yoga Day

$11.50This event is a great way for families to spend quality time together. Your experience is filled with yoga games, partner work, sound healing, yoga poses, breath work and mindfulness education. No experience necessary. All participants should bring a water bottle and children can bring their favorite stuffed animals. Yoga mats are available upon request. Exercise attire is required for everyone. Register using activity code 254406-01. Ages 3+; $11.50 per person
