Fresh 52 Farmers’ & Artisan Market: Spring into Action

Spring into action with Fresh52 and your Inspirada community at another Farmers’ Market Saturday all about how to improve your quality of life through fitness!
Vegan Chef Mayra will be on-site doing two FREE cooking demonstrations in the event garden featuring over 35 “Meal in a Jar” recipes at 10:30 and 11:30am. These recipes include simple and easy ideas for breakfast, lunch-on-the-go, and dinner when you don’t have time to cook.
Enjoy FREE fitness classes including Alpha Fitness, Sports Drills and Yoga. Please register for available classes so we have an expectation for attendance.

Alpha Fitness – Alpha is built on raw strength and powerful community. Functional training at its most intense, it will improve your overall strength and transform your body.
Sport Skills for Youth – The sports skills clinic will offer an action packed activity for kids ages 8-11 interested in practicing their skills. Instructors will lead the kids through drills and other exercises preparing them for success in all aspects of sports.
Yoga – Get centered and breathe it all out as Life Time Yoga inspires calm and challenge for your body and mind. All levels welcome and encouraged.
*The first 125 people to attend one of our fitness class will receive an Inspirada sports towel!
