Henderson Homeowners Night

Homeowners preparing to tackle a construction or home improvement project will benefit by attending the City of Henderson’s annual Homeowners Night.
Representatives from the city’s Development Services Center will provide information in the planning and permitting process to attendees taking on a do-it-yourself project.
Homeowners in attendance will obtain:
- Advice on home construction plans
- Permit guidelines for home improvements
- Assistance with permit applications for residential remodels, patio covers, block walls, pools and spas, and water heaters
- Permit amnesty: Homeowners may bring their existing project into compliance and obtain a permit without penalty.
