Lighten Up Henderson Weight-Loss Challenge Begins

The City of Henderson presents its eighth annual weight-loss challenge is for anyone (ages 13+) who lives, learns, works, or plays in Henderson. The eight-week challenge supports efforts to lose weight and get fit and sets a course for a healthy lifestyle.
The individual in each of four age categories with the highest percentage of body weight lost wins a Nutri Ninja Pro Blender and one-month fitness room membership. Age categories include: 13-17 yrs.; 18-49 yrs., 50-64 yrs., and 65+ yrs.
Enroll and weigh in to receive a three-month fitness room membership, one personal training session, and three pool passes.
Registration is $65 (available Jan. 12-20). Save $5 when you register at the Healthy Henderson Fair Jan. 12.
