Lighten Up Henderson Weight-Loss Challenge

It’s time to work off those holiday pounds! The City of Henderson’s 9th annual weight loss challenge is for anyone who wants to lead a healthy lifestyle in the new year. Several workshops will be hosted throughout the challenge for participants to learn new habits and a variety of tools to help you along your journey. Enrollment includes:
- Choice of fitness room or pool membership from January to March
- Three class drop-ins
- One City of Henderson 5K entry
The top three individuals with the highest percentage of body weight lost will win prizes. Visit cityofhenderson.com for more information.

January 11 | Healthy Henderson Fair, HMGC | 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
January 13-27 | Downtown Recreation Center | 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Weigh-Out Locations
March 6 | Celebration Smoothie Party, DRC | 5-7 p.m.
March 7 | Downtown Recreation Center | 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
