UNLV vs Hawaii Men’s Basketball

The UNLV Runnin’ Rebels will play their first-ever game in Henderson this coming season against Hawaii.

The two teams will face off at The Dollar Loan Center on Wednesday, Dec. 7, organizing company bdG Sports announced.

“We are excited to welcome another premier basketball event to the court at The Dollar Loan Center,” Kerry Bubolz, CEO of the Foley Entertainment Group, which operates The DLC, said in a press release. “UNLV fans who haven’t had a chance to see our new arena will really enjoy it, and the Henderson community will appreciate the chance to cheer on the Rebels.”

National Finals Rodeo takes over Thomas & Mack Center, UNLV’s regular home arena, during that week.

The UNLV-Hawaii game will be part of the UNLV season ticket package. Tickets will go on sale at a later date.

The DLC opened this past March as the host of the Big West Conference tournaments. It is now home to the Henderson Silver Knights, the Vegas Knight Hawks and the NBA G League Ignite.
