At Inspirada, new homebuyers are welcomed early and often.
Not long after they move into their homes, new residents are invited to attend an Orientation that introduces them to the unique elements of inspired living. The Inspirada Community Association, managed by CCMC staff, is dedicated to helping residents stay informed, connected and engaged, beginning with the Orientation and continuing with a calendar of resident-oriented events, homeowners’ association meetings, monthly e-letters and regular online communication.
In order for new residents to take full advantage of all of Inspirada’s amenities and features, a staff member shares at Orientation how the community operates, where homeowners can access helpful resources and who will assist them.
“The main point we try to share with the homeowners is that the Association team is here for them and available to answer any questions they may have,” said Community Manager Jeremy McClain.
