The Las Vegas Sun and Las Vegas Review-Journal reported on the openings of Potenza and Capriola Park, while Vegas, Inc. honed in on Inspirada’s injection of new homes and buyer anticipation in the local housing market.
KTVN (ABC) Channel 13 showcased the customized pet homes that were featured at Super Saturday (pictured) and how the pet home fundraiser supported homeless families of Southern Nevada through HomeAid.
KLAS CBS 8 NEWS NOW interviewed Klif Andrews, Pardee Homes’ Division President-Southern Nevada, on the newest additions to Inspirada’s recreational amenities, which are also public parks for Henderson residents.
“We got feedback from citizens that are involved in the parks planning, and we also used a lot of input from the local community to design Potenza Park and Capriola Park,” he said “For example, the dog parks were a really big request from the neighbors.”
