At Super Saturday at Inspirada, more than 3,000 visitors toured, raced, splashed, browsed, and skated their way through the community’s two new parks and 18 new home models.
City Councilwoman Debra March kicked off the day at Parklamation! ribbon-cutting ceremony, then Capriola Park and Potenza Park opened to visitors and residents ready to explore Inspirada’s newest additions.
At Potenza Park, legendary skateboarders Jeremy and Jonas Wray, Pat Channita and Paul Luna demonstrated the excitement of Inspirada’s new skate area. The world-renowned athletes shared tips and tricks with Inspirada’s guests, signed autographs, chatted with fans and handed out their signature yellow sunglasses.
Throughout Inspirada, crowds streamed into the new parks to play on new basketball courts, soccer fields, interactive playgrounds and splash pads. More than a few furry friends joined the fun at Inspirada’s new dog parks. A raffle for an Inspirada-inspired pet home from Project Playhouse Pet Edition added another animal-friendly touch to the day. Inspirada’s builders and their construction teams created seven of the custom pet homes, all of which will be part of a raffle on Oct. 17. Proceeds benefit HomeAid of Southern Nevada, building new lives for area homeless families through housing and outreach.
As soon as the doors opened on Inspirada’s 18 new home models, home-browsers got an up close look at fresh, new floor plans with something for everyone! Single-story and two-story models with outdoor living spaces and open backyards welcomed non-stop foot traffic. Many of Inspirada’s homes are move-in ready for buyers seeking to be in their new residences by the holidays!
Rounding out Super Saturday at Inspirada were a line of food trucks, cool drinks, great snacks, and tented pavilions filled with refreshments for those who stayed the day. Brats, hot dogs, sliders and Inspirada-blend coffee were just a part of the buffet.
