Skaters are testing the ramps in Potenza Park’s new plaza. Ballers are practicing their jump shots on Capriola Park’s new courts, and residents are gathering at Solista Park for holiday parties in the Community Center. Without a doubt, 2014 was a huge year for Inspirada’s Henderson parks, and 2015 promises even more activity with the new Aventura Park.
Within a stroll of Pardee Homes’, Toll Brothers’ and Beazer Homes’ neighborhoods, Aventura Park is slated to open Spring 2015 with a water play area, volleyball courts, a heated resident pool, Little League fields and tennis courts. A dog park, two ramadas, basketball courts and a child play area will round out Aventura’s features, making it the largest Henderson park in Inspirada.
Heading into the New Year, construction crews are setting the framework for the “hard” structures to be installed. Work is being done on the major underground utilities and installation of the light pole bases and fence posts.
“We are on schedule for a May opening,” Andy Baron, principal of AndersonBaron, Inspirada’s Henderson park designers. “I think the residents of Inspirada will be extremely pleased with the end result.”
