Your home is a reflection of you. It’s a place where you feel connected, enlivened and Inspired. We welcome you to visit Inspirada.
Inspirada fosters that kind of living. About 1,000 households form the foundation of Inspirada, a community of residents who enjoy getting out and doing things, playing hard and living well. The exciting news is Inspirada is growing with a host of new amenities, including three new parks, new landscaping, new entry and new community signage.
Four nationally renowned builders—Beazer Homes, KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers—are committed to making the more than 1,500 acres of Inspirada’s planned neighborhood even more inviting and engaging by delivering the homes, the parks, the schools and the experience in Henderson, a city that supports active living.
The Homes
Even in the 21st century, your home is still your castle. Built with the highest quality standards, the homes of Inspirada are designed to accommodate the life you have now and the life you may grow into later. Beazer Homes, KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers have a wide range of styles and sizes, recognizing that a diverse neighborhood features an equally diverse mix of homes.
The Parks
Inspirada’s active park systems are conceptualized with one thought in mind—“go!” How you choose to go is up to you: serve, cycle, swim, throw, run, toss or slide, Inspirada’s parks are everyone’s playgrounds. Solista Park is complete and includes four acres of BBQ/picnic areas, lighted bocce courts, and playgrounds. Solista will be joined by three planned, multi-recreational parks, featuring movement-inspired amenities, such as splash pads, dog parks, volleyball courts and little league fields. Two parks are planned for completion by Summer 2014, and Inspirada’s third park is planned to be ready for play by Winter 2014.
The Schools
Inspirada’s elementary school kids are anticipated to attend The Shirley and Bill Wallin Elementary School. A “high-achieving” school that thrives on student-teacher-parent collaboration, Wallin Elementary prides itself on being an active Empowerment School, where leadership and staff have greater autonomy and accountability to assign resources that they feel best benefit the students. An integrated use of technology, an emphasis on applied math and science, as well as longer instruction time and a weekly visual and performing arts curriculum, are only a few of the strategies being implemented at this celebrated elementary school.
Wallin students continue their exemplary education at Del E. Webb Middle School, continually ranked in the very top of academically superior middle schools in the metro area. “Home of the Wranglers,” Del E. Webb Middle School has several levels of learning dedicated to math, including supplemental instruction designed just for parents, who may need a little refresher to help with homework.
Liberty High School provides a Classical Studies Program that strives to empower students to reach their academic and physical potential by demonstrating responsibility and respect and by leading lives of scholastic and artistic expression.
Recognizing the basics, yet embracing the advanced, the schools of Henderson perfectly complement the inquisitive, expansive spirit of Inspirada. Parents are encouraged to consult with the local school district for their students’ specific school assignments.
The Experience
Customized, high-quality homes and visionary park systems are only two parts of a dynamic community. The third part is the people. Inspirada neighbors connect during gardening seminars, the springtime Great Egg-venture, summer celebrations and the popular Night of 1,000 Screams. For those who like to plan, a calendar of join-us activities is ready, and for those who prefer a more spontaneous meeting, the park is a natural gathering place.
The City
Henderson, Nevada has made the Money Magazine list for Best Places to Live and Forbes Magazine’s ranking of America’s Safest Cities. It’s made desirable by a combination of top-rated schools, responsive law enforcement and local government, sensitivity to the environment and an appreciation of the many ways to have fun. Pick your preference. Art festivals? Holiday parades? Annual bike rides? Shakespeare in the park? Henderson has it all!
