But First, Brunch: The 6 Best Breakfast Spots in Las Vegas

From biscuits to bottomless mimosas, few things in life are better than brunch. Explore the best breakfast spots in Las Vegas with this thoughtfully curated list of our favorite places to eat, drink and be merry in the morning.

Makers & Finders

Makers & Finders is taking brunch to a new level with inspired Latin food, unique craft cocktails and an entire menu dedicated to coffee. With an eclectic vibe brought about by bright mosaic tilingmodern décor, neon lights and an impressive patio, this upbeat environment — referred to as an “urban coffee bar” — will make you feel hip on the Strip.

Truffles and Bacon Café

Named one of Food Network’s top places to eat in Las Vegas, Truffles and Bacon Café puts an innovative spin on all your breakfast favorites. This unique spot was created by two women with a passion for making food fun, and the menu proves they’re not afraid to think outside the box.

How about some matcha green tea pancakes or waffles with bacon bits, Fruity Pebbles and a condensed milk drizzle? Why not try some ube (purple yam) French toast? These may sound strange, but the reviews speak for themselves — don’t knock them until you try them!

If you’re a less adventurous eater, Truffles and Bacon Café also offers classic menu options. However, if you’re looking to wow your taste buds with new, crazy and unexpected flavors, this is the perfect lively brunch spot for you.

Jamms

Now, back to basics. If you’re seeking traditional breakfast goodness, Jamms is a no-frills, family-owned joint that will treat you like one of their own. Everything is made from scratch, down to the noodles in the chicken noodle soup. The price is small, but the portions certainly aren’tPlus, every staff member at Jamms has worked there for more than eight years, making the sense of community evident as soon as you step inside. This homey establishment believes in keeping it simple while putting love into every plate served, and you can taste the difference.

Sterling Brunch

If you’re looking for an upscale, elevated brunch experience, perhaps for a birthday or anniversary celebration, Sterling Brunch in Bally’s is for you. As a Las Vegas strip staple for more than 30 years, this luxurious brunch affair is enhanced by the finer things in life, from free-flowing champagne to unlimited lobster tail, prime rib and Alaskan king crab legs. The sides are just as lavish and include truffle mashed potatoes, banana bread pudding French toast, a custom omelette station, charcuterie and more.

With a set price of $85 per person, this spot may not become your weekly go-to. But, given the unlimited, high-end meat and seafood, bottomless Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne and exquisite environment, this is a relatively reasonable splurge for commemorating those special occasions in your life.

The Original Sunrise Café

Brighten up your morning at the Original Sunrise Café, where their motto — “Good Food and Friendly Service” — sums up the entire dining experience. According to reviews, it’s nearly impossible to not leave here in a good mood. The menu offers many variations of standard brunch staples like omelletes, pancakes and breakfast sandwiches in a casual environment. They’re also known for their snowcaps — caramelized, pan-sauteed bagel bites topped with powdered sugar, cream cheese icing and fruity reduction sauces.

Squeeze In

Make room for breakfast at Squeeze In, where the environment is just as colorful and vibrant as their delicious brunch selections. This fun, psychedelicinspired local chain claims to make the best omelletes on the planet.” Even Bobby Flay, who tried the Racy Tracy omelette on his Food Network show “Throwdown! With Bobby Flay, can attest to that.

Their eight-page menu is expansive, so no matter your palate, appetite or dietary restrictions, you’ll be able to find something you love at Squeeze In. If not, your food is free.

Whether you’re looking for a traditional breakfast experience, a luxurious dining affair or a modern, upbeat brunch, Las Vegas is full of amazing restaurants you’ll love. Hungry for more of the best breakfast and brunch spots in town?
