Uncover Your Story, Here
With sprawling trails, state-of-the-art parks, and gorgeous homes in all shapes and sizes, our community is like none other. But that’s not what makes us unique — it’s the people who call Inspirada home. Meet the residents who make Inspirada an exceptional community and neighborhood. Their #MyInspirada narratives share how they have made Inspirada their own.
Meet Christina
Christina is the owner of Henderson’s own Street Freeze Ice Cream Truck. Running the truck has allowed her to really get to know the Inspirada community — “I’m the ice cream girl,”she laughs.
Besides serving up ice cream treats in the neighborhood, Christina also calls Inspirada home.
“My daughter was 3 when we moved here, so she was very young,” Christina remembers. “As a single mom, I wanted a place that was safe and family-friendly. I searched around a lot, but Inspirada definitely felt like the best fit for my family.”
Christina and her daughter have been Inspirada residents for over 8 years now, and one of their favorite things to do as a family is visiting the dog park with their feisty rescue dog, Pistachio.
Meet Nic
Nic and his fiancée, April, needed a home for their multi-generational family.
At Inspirada, they found their perfect fit. With a suite for April’s mom plus the modern touches they were looking for, their dream home became a reality.
Now they love to entertain friends and family at their home and take Lilo — their French bulldog — to the park.
Meet Taelyn
Taelyn Roberts-Oliver is a Liberty High School student who has found her place at Inspirada. While starting at a new school as a teenager can be overwhelming, the warm welcome she received from her classmates set her up for success.
She’s made friends, joined the swim team, and has been nominated as the swim team captain. She’s even worked hard academically to land the #6 spot in her class.
When Taelyn isn’t studying, she can be found reading and hanging out at her Inspirada home and or taking her younger brothers to Capriola Park.
Meet The Baileys
Tracy and Timothy Bailey share a passion for music. While Tracy retired the microphone to be a full-time mom, her husband Timothy is often on tour.
They sought a home where they could relax and unwind and a community with award-winning schools and outdoor adventures for their young daughter Chace. The Baileys found their perfect fit after Tracy’s sister-in-law, an Inspirada resident, nudged her in the right direction.
