Uncover Your Story at Inspirada
With sprawling trails, state-of-the-art parks, and gorgeous homes in all shapes and sizes, our community is like none other. But that’s not what makes us unique — it’s the people who call Inspirada home. Meet the residents who make Inspirada an exceptional community and neighborhood. Their #MyInspirada narratives share how they have made Inspirada their own.
“We know each other here, so you always feel safe and you always feel welcome. It’s the perfect place to live.”
As a single mother and piano teacher, Sara was looking for the perfect place to raise her son and grow her business.
After hearing about Inspirada from one of her students, she took a leap of faith and moved to the community.
The old saying “it takes a village to raise a child” is true, and Sara found her village at Inspirada. Her neighbors have become friends and she uses her downstairs bedroom as a music studio.
“It might occasionally look like chaos, but the truth is, we found an oasis in the desert for three generations of family.”
At Inspirada, Kate found the best of both worlds—activities for her grandkids and an incredible customized home with a gorgeous view of the Las Vegas Strip from her terrace.
Her kids were so impressed with the sense of community and kid-friendly amenities that they have moved to Inspirada too! Now her favorite past time is Sunday dinners with three generations of family.
“My favorite part about living at Inspirada would be the sense of community and the parks.”
Taelyn Roberts-Oliver is a Liberty High School student who has found her place at Inspirada. While starting at a new school as a teenager can be overwhelming, the warm welcome she received from her classmates set her up for success.
She’s made friends, joined the swim team, and has been nominated as the swim team captain. She’s even worked hard academically to land the #6 spot in her class.
When Taelyn isn’t studying, she can be found reading and hanging out at her Inspirada home and or taking her younger brothers to Capriola Park.
“Sometimes my humans take me to the park where I get to run around and jump and play”
Luna and her humans were on the search for a community that had something for every member of their family.
Lucky for them, Inspirada was built with the whole family in mind, dogs included.
Upon exploring the community, Luna realized she would have access to two-dog parks, her brothers could play at any of the 4 parks, and her parents could build the home of their dreams.
