By simply accompanying your client on their first visit to Inspirada and registering in person or by phone at 888-KB-HOMES, real estate professionals earn a percentage-based commission. To enjoy the many benefits of Toll Brothers’ Real Estate Professionals Rewards Program, simply complete the registration form on your client’s first visit to Inspirada. You’ll then be eligible to receive a 3% commission on the base price of the home (unless otherwise stated), 50% advanced commission paid upon buyer’s loan approval (with the balance of the commission paid at closing) and a Broker’s Relocation Referral Fee paid at 100%.
