Inspirada continues to be a vibrant and expanding master plan community within West Henderson with the newest additions of its western villages and summer “Concerts in the Park” series. The Raiders’ Practice Facility and Headquarters (Inspirada’s neighbor to the north) is officially under construction and new businesses and services continue to open along St. Rose Parkway near Executive Airport Dr. Both Inspirada and West Henderson are experiencing monumental changes.
Inspirada WINS Silver Nugget Awards
The Southern Nevada Home Builders Association and Las Vegas Review-Journal recognize industry leaders for excellence in the Southern Nevada Home Builders Industry at their annual Silver Nugget Awards. More than 40 prestigious awards were presented this year and Inspirada was honored for the third consecutive year for Best Marketing Campaign along with recognition of Inspirada builders.
Awards’ recipients include:
- Megan Conklin – Lifestyle Director of the Year – Inspirada Community Association
- Pardee Homes – Design & Architecture for Linea Plan 3 at Inspirada
- Toll Brothers – Master Bathroom for Vista Mar Collection/Saguaro at Inspirada
Attessa Park
Construction is slated to start this year on Attessa Park located in Inspirada’s new western village, west of Via Inspirada and Bicentennial. Attessa Park is scheduled for completion in 2020 and will feature basketball courts, dog park, children’s play area, ramada, and resident-only pool.
Capriola Park
Are you a regular at Capriola Park? Starting next month, there will be a lot more to enjoy as Inspirada begins construction on phase 2. The expansion will include hill slides, play ropes and stilts, bocce ball, a basketball wall and tensile shade structures, and is scheduled to be completed early 2020.
Western Villages Grand Opening
Mark your calendar! September 14th is the Grand Opening of Inspirada’s western villages located west of Via Inspirada and Bicentennial. Tour three model sales centers featuring 17 new model homes by KB Home, Pardee Homes, and Toll Brothers. For additional details visit the Grand Opening event page. The western villages will bring additional new amenities to the community including a 15-acre park, 67-acres of natural open space and trails, 21-acres of commercial park, and three proposed school sites. Stay tuned for more updates!
Raiders’ Stadium
Get ready for Fall 2020 when the Las Vegas Raiders take the city by storm. In preparation for the move, the Raiders franchise is under construction with their new 323,000 square-foot practice facility and headquarters, and residents can expect to see much more than just the Raiders’ practice facility in Henderson. The stadium’s location, north of Inspirada, has officials anticipating a major economic boom in the area.
Not only is this new complex expected to create an estimated 250 full-time jobs, but Henderson is also hoping to catch the attention of food and shopping developers looking for their next site as interest in the area grows.
The Raiders have committed $75 million to build the stadium that is scheduled to be completed by Spring 2020. When the new season begins, this facility will be able to house 65,000 excited fans—and did we mention the stadium sits just 3.5 miles from the Inspirada community?
