Craft and Yard Sale

Visit the local craft and yard sale to find unique art and jewelry. If you’d like to have your own booth, you can register for one by paying a small fee.

Dad and daughters, moms and sons: it’s time to get dressed up. This family-oriented night will feature music, games, and plenty of dancing.

Henderson Fire Department Open House

Have you ever wanted to see a fire truck up close? Take a tour of a Henderson fire station in this monthly event series. A different station will be open to the public each month. Meet your local firefighters and learn how to prepare for real-life emergencies.
Giant Garage Sale
7 am – 12 pm | Black Mountain Recreation Center | Free Admission
Find some second-hand gems at this massive sale. Henderson residents will sell gently-used clothes, toys, and books. Have you done some spring-cleaning and want a booth of your own? You can register for a booth.
Jump Into Spring
10 am – 12 pm | Black Mountain Recreation Center | $5
Do your kids have energy to spare? Bring them to a fun place to jump into spring. They can let loose at the bouncy house and play interactive games. Snacks will be available.

Splash Into Spring

Kids can test their skills at this on-land and in-water obstacle course. They’ll spend the night playing games and competing in a cannonball competition.
Saturday, April 13
fresh52 Farmers’ Market
9 am – 1 pm | Solista Pavilion | Free Admission
Kick off your Saturday morning with a trip to the neighborhood farmers’ market. Over 35 local vendors will be onsite to sell items like fresh local produce and artisan crafts. Don’t forget to tag us in pictures of your finds with #myinspirada.
Inspirada Spring Festival
9 am – 1 pm | Solista Park | Free Admission
The annual Inspirada Spring Festival is back! Little ones can join in the Easter egg hunt while adults enjoy the local food trucks. The event will also feature a DJ, inflatables, and face painting. Photos with the Bunny himself are available for a fee. RSVP to receive your wristband.
Henderson BluesFest

BluesFest returns to town with an assortment of amazing soulful musicians. Grammy-nominated Kenny Wayne Shepard will play songs that span across his 20-year career. The Beth Hart Band will co-headline.
Vintage Market and Craft Sale
7 am – 2 pm | Silver Springs Recreation Center | Free Admission
Come to the vintage market to pick up unique items like clothes, book, and toys. This event is great for those who are interested in repurposing older items. If you have items to sell, you can register for a booth by paying a small fee.
Glow-in-the-Dark Easter Egg Hunt
11 am – 1 pm | Valley View Recreation Center | $5
Bring your kids to a day of fun and games. Kids of all ages can search for eggs hidden by the Easter Bunny. Bounce houses will also be on site to add to the fun.
City of Henderson Open Swimming Meet
12 pm – 3 pm | Heritage Park Aquatic Complex | $4.50+
If you have a child between the ages of 5-17 who loves to swim don’t let them miss this event. Participants can choose to compete among four swimming stroke events and a 100-individual medley.
Snack and Splash Power Hour
12 – 1 pm | Heritage Park Aquatic Complex | Free Admission
While every day at the Aquatic Complex is fun, this day has an extra special perk at noon. Attendees can enjoy free cotton candy and popcorn, plus listen to music. Information about upcoming events at the complex will be presented.

Cosmic Swim

Take a dip at this colorful event. The indoor pool will be lit up with an array of colors and music. Watch the water change colors and join in a few swimming races.
Disco Dive-In
6:30 – 8:30 pm | Heritage Park Aquatic Complex | $5
Swim to the beat! The complex is bringing disco back for one night. Participants can watch music videos, eat snacks, and have fun on the slides and diving boards.
Saturday, April 20
Spring Carnival and Hippity-Hop Egg Hunt
9 am – 1 pm | Whitney Ranch Recreation Center | $4+
Bring the whole family to this Easter event! There will be carnival games, bouncy houses, and refreshments on site. Children can hunt for hidden eggs with their corresponding age group throughout the morning. Be sure to get there early to register your child or register in advance.
Fantastic Swap Meet and Craft Sale
7 am – 12 pm | Heritage Park Senior Facility | Free Admission
Come visit the new booth area at Heritage Park. Many people will be on site to sell their homemade crafts. Pick up a few of your own or register for your own booth for a small fee.
Blood Donation
10 am – 1 pm | Black Mountain Recreation Center | Free Admission
Do some good this season. Healthy adults who have not donated blood in the past eight weeks can register in advance to reserve their appointment.

Egg Dive
2 – 5 pm | Heritage Park Aquatic Complex | $5
The Easter Bunny didn’t just stop at houses and parks; bring your kids to dive for eggs that were hidden in the pool. Kids can compete in their appropriate age group to grab the most eggs. Crafts and snacks will be on site.

Arbor Day Celebration

Celebrate Arbor Day with the town. There will be a ceremonial tree planting, plus a play put on by Gibson Elementary School.

Dog Days! fresh52 Farmers’ Market

Your best friend is invited to a special day at the farmers’ market! Pups can test their skills at the K-9 obstacle course and watch the demonstrations by the Henderson Police’s K-9 division. Reduced cost micro-chipping will be offered to safeguard your pal. Snap a free professional photo of your pet to hang up at your Inspirada home.
A kids zone will have puppy face painting, a bouncy house, a DJ, and games. Arrive early for the chance to pick up some free swag; we’ll be giving away dog bowls, kids superhero capes, and dog bandanas while supplies last. Don’t forget to bring blankets, food, and other items to donate to the City of Henderson Animal Care and Control and the Animal Foundation.
Industrial Days
12 – 10 pm | Henderson Events Plaza | Free Admission
Join your fellow residents for an educational tour of Henderson’s history. The plaza will be transformed into a journey through the decades, tracing Henderson’s growth since its start back in 1953.

Cat Fanciers Association Show

The Las Vegas Cat Club will host this event that features over two hundred pedigree cats from all over the world. Vendors will be onsite to sell items for you and your favorite fluffy.
