When you close your eyes and visualize your dream home, what do you see? Your mind probably conjures up more than just a house.
More likely, you see images of your family laughing, enjoying holiday parties, backyard get-togethers, and friendly game nights. A home is where you cook your first Thanksgiving dinner, watch your kids take their first steps, and where your grandchildren come to stay for the weekend.
Your home is where you will make memories that last a lifetime, and your community will be a part of that story. That’s why Inspirada isn’t just a community, it’s a lifestyle.
Let us paint you a picture of what your life would be like in this stunning, active Henderson community, nestled against the breathtaking Nevada desert.
As you pass by the welcoming Inspirada sign to enter the community from the north, you get an overwhelming sense of peace.
An active Henderson community
Our tour begins as you head south down Via Firenze, the main street within the community. Impressive Toll Brothers homes sit back from immaculate tree-lined streets. You see joggers run past and parents with their kids, all headed down shaded sidewalks on their way to nearby Henderson parks. In fact, this walkable community was specifically designed around its four impressive parks. A network of trails and walkways tie Inspirada together with the parks at its center.
Solista Park, the Inspirada park you’ll pass, is the gathering place for everyone living at Inspirada. The fully equipped resident community center is the perfect venue for birthday parties, book clubs, workshops, storytime, holiday parties, and more. The center boasts a full kitchen, reading room and large gathering area, TV and Wi-Fi, and two heated pools. Solista is home to Jolly Beans Café and Jolly Mart, a coffee shop and convenience store respectively. Here you can find neighbors, friends, and pet lovers sleepily trudging in every morning to chat over coffee, a bagel, and a bag of kibble. Both are locally owned and run by Inspirada residents. Solista Park also provides a sizable play area for your kids, picnic and outdoor cooking areas, lit bocce ball courts, game tables, and an amphitheater.

As you continue from the park down Via Firenze, you’ll notice different styles of homes, each shining with their own individuality in the beautiful and complimentary surrounding landscape. It’s a direct reflection of Inspirada’s builders, who each offer their own unique variety of styles, amenities, and options to perfectly fit your lifestyle and needs.
Continuing past the Del Terra Avenue intersection you’ll come to Capriola Park, the second Henderson park within the Inspirada community. Capriola offers an area for your kids to cool off with a splash pad and kid’s water play area, as well as a large shaded kids play area. Get your game on with multiple tennis and basketball courts, as well as soccer/multi-use sports fields. Take advantage of the perfect Henderson weather under one of the ramadas or picnic areas, and there’s even a dog park for the four-legged members of the family.

Exiting the park, you’ll pass stunning Pardee Homes on your left and picturesque KB Homes to your right. Impressive front courtyards lead up to enviable entries. It’s easy to get lost in your thoughts and begin to imagine your life as a resident of the community.
Potenza Park, the next park you’ll run into, speaks to a theme of music and play to inspire your kiddo’s creative senses. The kid’s play area has a working, oversized piano keyboard embedded in the ground accompanied by other musical games that combine sound and movement, all under a tensile shade. Potenza also boasts a special teen play area with an innovative skate park element, as well as family ramadas and picnic areas, a resident and family pool area, two basketball courts, and a large open grassy area for endless possibilities.

From here, traveling south on Via Firenze brings you to Bicentennial Parkway. If you turn east of this active Henderson community, you’ll run into local shopping, dining and entertainment options including numerous grocery stores, restaurants, and boutiques. You can also find banks, pharmacies, postal and shipping facilities, beauty salons, and other conveniences within walking distance or nearby.
Continuing south on the main road, you’ll pass by Century Communities’ new Sestina Collection on the way to Aventura, the largest of Inspirada’s Henderson parks. Aventura Park provides 20+ astounding acres of incredible features including a residents’ heated pool and splash pad to cool off in the summer. Three soccer/multi-purpose fields, two Little League baseball fields, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, cater to the athletes in the family, while you watch your kids laugh and play on a huge child’s play structure. There’s even a one-acre dog park where your dog can exercise as you mingle with other animal lovers.

Aventura Park is surrounded by enviable homes from all four builders including Beazer Homes’ Park and Reliance Collections at the south end. Southeast of the park is Pinecrest Academy, a new STEM school within the community.

It’s nice to have everything you’d ever need within walking distance, but it’s good to be able to have a change of scenery from time to time. We have that covered too. The famed Las Vegas strip comes into view upon exiting Inspirada onto Volunteer Boulevard. Just head west to the I-15, and about 20 minutes later you’ll run into the McCarran International Airport, followed by the strip.
If the flashing lights of Sin City aren’t for you, directly to the east of Inspirada are alternative attractions including Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam. Southeast you can hike and explore the beauty of the Sloan Canyon National Preserve or visit Red Rock Canyon that lies Northwest of the community. Here you live in the beauty that others travel from around the world to witness.

Imagine walking out your front door on a Saturday and heading across the street to cheer on the kids’ local Little League and soccer teams. Afterward, you head over to one of the Inspirada community events or host a BBQ for your neighbors and friends. As the sun sets, you take a walk along the scenic trails and breathe in the fresh air. This is just another day of living inspired.
